Insurance Defense Litigation / Coverage Attorney - Seattle, Washington – Remote! Founded in the early 1990’s, we are a full service law firm with over 150 attorneys. Job duties: Work remote. Office in Seattle if you prefer hybrid / office schedule. We are currently seeking: 1) Insurance Defense Litigation Attorney 2) Insurance Coverage Attorney
- Communicate with clients, opposing counsel, and the court.
- Draft legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and briefs.
- Attend hearings, depositions, and trials as necessary.
- Independently manage court appearances, depositions, motion practice, and trials
