The STUDIO Field Manager exists to ignite growth, consistency, and excellence in VASA's STUDIO experiences. By partnering with District Managers and club leaders, this role ensures STUDIO products deliver powerful results through strong sales execution, high-quality coaching, and engaging member experiences. The STUDIO Field Manager equips and develops coaches, drives usage and retention, and brings energy and accountability to every club--helping members discover their strength, achieve their goals, and stay connected to the VASA community. Key responsibilities include:

  • Elevate Class Experience: Coach and support instructors to close skill gaps, drive workout engagement, and build a strong STUDIO community through partnership with field leaders including Regional Directors (RD), District Managers (DM), General Managers (GM), and STUDIO Team Leads (STL).
  • Develop & Support Talent: Deliver scalable training, resources, and onboarding to strengthen instructors, STUDIO leaders, GMs, DMs, and RDs performance and retention.
  • Execute Sales Process: Ensure sales and upgrade consistency by training teams on standardized STUDIO playbooks and POS processes including Guest to Member Journey and STUDIO Welcome Experience.
  • Drive Accountability & Results: Partner with club and regional leaders to implement and execute STUDIO initiatives, drive sales, usage, quality, and deliver on all financial KPI's.

Minimum qualifications include:

  • 2+ years of experience teaching boutique fitness classes
  • 1+ year of management experience.
  • Multi-unit management preferred.
  • Current nationally accredited Group Fitness or Personal Training Certification required.
  • An undergraduate degree or equivalent work-experience preferred.
  • Personal interest in health, wellness, fitness, and nutrition
  • Ability to travel and work on weekends.

Primary work in a fitness facility and office setting. Temperature variations can occur. The environment includes some ambient noise such as talking and use of gym equipment and machinery. Physical and mental activities and requirements include:

  • Talking: Especially where one must frequently convey detailed or important instructions or ideas accurately, loudly, or quickly.
  • Physical Strength: Sitting, standing, and walking. Must be able to lift, push, pull, and move a minimum of 30 pounds.
  • Reasoning Ability: Ability to deal with a variety of variables under limited standardization. Able to interpret various instructions and relay instructions to clients.
  • Attendance is an essential duty of the position. Employees must work regularly scheduled shifts, during business hours to assist members and sell services in-person.
