Senior Social Worker - Remote Position

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough assessments to understand client needs and develop tailored care plans.
- Provide emotional support and counseling to clients and their families facing end-of-life challenges.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive treatment and support.
- Maintain accurate documentation and records of client interactions and progress.
- Stay updated on best practices and implement effective therapeutic techniques.
Required Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited institution.
- Current licensure as a Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in California.
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in a clinical setting, preferably in hospice or palliative care.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
