Senior Clinical Social Worker - Remote
Role Overview Join Breakaway Mental Health Clinic as a Senior Clinical Social Worker, where you will play a crucial role in providing compassionate care to clients in a remote setting. This full-time position is based in our Hospice Center in Lander, Wyoming, allowing you to make a meaningful impact on the lives of individuals and families during challenging times.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop tailored treatment plans for clients.
- Provide individual, group, and family therapy sessions remotely.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure holistic care and support for clients.
- Monitor client progress and make necessary adjustments to treatment plans.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client interactions and treatment outcomes.
- Stay updated on best practices and therapeutic interventions in social work.
Required Qualifications
- Master's degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited institution.
- Current licensure as a Clinical Social Worker.
- Minimum of 3 years of clinical experience, preferably in hospice or palliative care.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to establish rapport with diverse populations.
- Proficiency in using telehealth platforms and electronic health records.
