Role Overview Join Sutter Health Counseling, LLC as a Remote Licensed Therapist specializing in Marriage and Family Therapy. In this full-time position, you will provide critical mental health support to individuals and families in a community health clinic setting from the comfort of your home in Susquehanna, Pennsylvania. This role offers a competitive salary range of USD 90,000 to 100,000 annually.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop tailored treatment plans for clients.
- Facilitate individual, couple, and family therapy sessions to promote healing and growth.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure holistic care for clients.
- Maintain accurate documentation and case notes in compliance with legal and ethical standards.
- Provide crisis intervention and support as needed, adapting to the evolving needs of clients.
Required Qualifications
- Current and valid LMFT license in Pennsylvania.
- Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a closely related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a passion for helping others.
