Job Description

Summary: The GTM BI Analyst is a critical function within RevOps Analytics, responsible for bridging the gap between GTM strategy and data execution. This role ensures GTM reporting is scalable, accurate, and aligned with business needs by acting as the key technical liaison with the Data Experience (DX) team and developing high-impact dashboards, primarily within Domo. This is a new role established to meet the increasing demand for advanced, integrated Go-to-Market (GTM) performance analytics. The business rationale is to drive operational efficiency across Sales and Marketing by having a dedicated analyst who can both understand GTM strategy and partner effectively with the Data Experience (DX) team (responsible for Domo). Your Role: BI Solution Development: Design, build, and maintain interactive dashboards, reports, and data visualizations (e.g., in Domo) to monitor and analyze GTM performance (pipeline health, campaign ROI, conversion rates). Data Architecture Liaison: Act as the subject matter expert on GTM data models, translating complex business questions into technical requirements for the DX team to ensure data quality and integrity. Performance Analysis: Conduct deep-dive analyses to uncover trends, identify root causes for performance fluctuations, and provide actionable, data-driven recommendations to RevOps, Sales, and Marketing leadership. GTM Process Expertise: Partner directly with GTM stakeholders (Sales, Marketing, CS) to understand their analytical needs and proactively suggest metrics and reports that drive better decision-making. Data Governance: Drive the standardization and documentation of key GTM metrics (e.g., pipeline stages, churn definitions) across systems and reporting platforms to ensure data integrity and adoption. Strategic Planning & Forecasting: Partner with Finance and RevOps Strategy to build and maintain GTM capacity models, sales forecasting models, and long-range planning data sets, translating business goals into analytical requirements. Advanced Analytics: Utilize statistical or predictive modeling techniques to identify drivers of GTM performance and simulate the impact of potential operational changes. Data Enablement: Provide training and documentation to empower business users to self-serve insights from the BI platform. Serve as a technical mentor within the RevOps team, advocating for best practices in data visualization, SQL query optimization, and BI development standards. Skills & Requirements: Bachelor’s Degree: Business, Finance, Data Science, or a related quantitative field. 5-7 years of experience in Business Intelligence, Analytics, or Revenue Operations, preferably in a SaaS or B2B environment. Proven technical proficiency with major BI platforms (e.g., Domo, Tableau, Looker); Expert-level SQL skills; Strong understanding of GTM operations, Sales process, Marketing funnels, and core operational KPIs; Experience with GTM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot).
