The Financial Analyst is an exciting new opportunity for a newly created role to have a direct impact on Incognito’s business. We are looking for an extremely organized, deliverables-oriented individual to manage the Company’s management reporting process and the procurement to pay process. This role will report into the Controller of the Company. This is a fully remote role, with the candidate working out of their home office in Ontario, Canada. The salary range for this role is $55,000- 70,000 CAD. Here is what you’ll be doing: Accounts Payable: Ownership of the entire procurement to pay process, ensuring supplier, contractors and customers are paid on time Accounts Receivable: Assist the SFA in the weekly revenue and AR tasks and reporting Ownership of the expense reimbursement process and tools, ensuring timely payments and compliance to approval flows Preparation of quarterly product revenue and expenses forecasts Preparation of various account reconciliations Various ad hoc month end and quarterly end responsibilities Assist with special projects for the CFO Here is what we’re looking for: BA in Finance or Accounting, (working towards CPA an asset) Work experience in operational finance--experience in software or telecommunications industry preferred Experience with Salesforce and Netsuite preferred Working knowledge of IFRS Highest standards of accuracy and precision; highly organized. Comfortable completing projects requiring individual initiative and flexibility in tight time frames with minimal supervision Articulate with excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to work with employees at all levels of the organization in a highly collaborative environment. Self-starter who can manage multiple projects and deadlines Apply To This Job
