Job Title: Multi-Client HR and Payroll Specialist Summary: We are seeking a skilled, detail-oriented Multi-Client HR and Payroll Specialist to manage U.S. HR and payroll functions for multiple clients. You will ensure accuracy, compliance, and timely payroll processing while helping clients solve problems, improve performance, and meet goals. Responsibilities:

  • Process and administer payroll for multiple clients, including calculating wages, benefits, deductions, and taxes accurately.
  • Handle HR administration tasks such as onboarding, offboarding, employee records management, and timekeeping.
  • Stay current with employment laws and regulations to ensure compliance of payroll and HR practices.
  • Assist clients with employee benefits administration, enrollments, and benefit-related inquiries.
  • Troubleshoot payroll discrepancies and HR issues, providing effective solutions.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients; address inquiries, provide support, and maintain strong client relationships. (Support for corporate staff.)
  • Ensure data accuracy and confidentiality in payroll and HR systems for all clients.
  • Generate and analyze payroll and HR reports to support client and internal decision-making.
  • Collaborate with technical teams to improve and optimize HR and payroll systems.
  • Identify and implement process improvements to increase accuracy and efficiency of service delivery.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Finance, Accounting, or related field preferred but not required.
  • Proven experience managing U.S. HR and payroll functions for multiple clients.
  • Strong knowledge of U.S. payroll processing, taxation, and labor laws.
  • Familiarity with HRIS and payroll software.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Discretion handling sensitive and confidential information.
