Senior IT Analyst - Remote based in the US
The Senior Analyst will be responsible for leading high complexity projects and key operational initiatives with technology driven solutions as part of the Product Management team. They will own the creation and documentation of requirements that lead directly to solving key business challenges, working both independently and cross functionally across IT and operational departments. They will conduct competitive research, analyze data, and define and work with other members on team to provide estimates for features as directed. This individual will create applicable technology user guides, provide status updates to internal leaders throughout the life cycle of the project, lead functional and integration testing, and post implementation monitoring. The successful candidate must have the ability to effectively translate and document operational needs into clear business requirements and manage day to day support of designated product portfolio under an agile environment. They will have the responsibility of mentoring and guiding analyst team. Apply To This Job
