JOB DESCRIPTION Bridgepointe Technologies is seeking a TEM Onboarding Project Manager II (PM II) that independently manages multiple technology expense management onboarding projects, including wireline, wireless for global implementations. This role owns day-to-day execution, timeline management, and cross-functional coordination across internal teams, client, and external vendors. The PM II is accountable for delivering projects on time and within scope while proactively managing risks and dependencies. The PM II must have the ability to work remotely five days per week. The position will report to VP, LSC. TEM Onboarding Project Manager II is responsible for: Job Responsibilities: Lead 4–6 concurrent TEM onboarding projects of varying size and complexity. Develop and manage detailed project plans, timelines, and milestones in Smartsheet. Coordinate activities across consultants, LOA analysts, platform teams, vendors, and clients. Run client and internal status meetings with clear agendas and outcomes. Track and drive resolution of action items, risks, and dependencies. Proactively identify potential blockers and recommend mitigation strategies. Maintain accurate project documentation and executive-ready status reporting. Contribute to onboarding process improvements, templates, and best practices. Manage medium to large projects, including global deployments. Work independently with minimal oversight. Balance execution with light to medium process optimization responsibilities. Perform other tasks as assigned QUALIFICATIONS & PROFICIENCIES Skills: Microsoft Office Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Teams, Smartsheets Organizational and time management skills Good organizational and planning/priority setting skills Excellent verbal, written communication skills Exceptional problem-solving skills Education and Experience: Proven TEM onboarding and implementation experience (required). Minimum of 5 years of experience with TEM Strong client-facing communication skills. Ability to manage ambiguity and multiple workstreams simultaneously. Advanced proficiency in Excel; PowerPoint and Smartsheet experience preferred.
