Start your journey with BCD: Grow, connect, collaborate and celebrate with our global team Connectivity Service Lead (Global) - Remote Full time, Remote India, Spain The Connectivity Service lead (Global) manages all commercial and vendor aspects of Internet connectivity globally, provided through a 3rd party vendor. They are responsible for vendor management, billing management, invoice management, contract management (together with strategic sourcing), capacity planning, ordering and terminating circuits and supporting the Global Managed Internet service globally. With the appropriate skillset, you will manage the Overlay SDWAN network with the team of Network Engineers. As a Connectivity Service Lead, you will Manage the Vendor Relationship, including maintaining the Vendor Management matrix outlining regular meetings with Commercial and Technical Account Managers. Manage any portals on behalf of BCD teams, including data cleanliness & access control Manage central and any local billing arrangements, including distribution of backup material to relevant Finance teams Manage vendor invoicing and ensure any local invoices are paid in time to ensure no impact on the global service Ensure that all orders are approved and processed in a timely fashion Be responsible for financial management for WAN Connectivity (cost control, negotiations, purchasing) Liaison and co-ordination between Vendor and ITSM, Network Operations, Network Engineering and other internal BCD teams Maintain detailed documentation of network configurations, orders, bandwidths, last mile carriers, contractual start and end dates, etc. Provide regular reports on the status of network stability & availability, SLA adherence, and Operational aspects such as outages, etc. About you Prior experience managing outsourced global networks or in a similar role Strong knowledge of network designs, security standards, and best practices Experience with network management tools and security assessment methodologies In-depth knowledge in LAN, WAN and supporting networking technologies Ability to maintain, develop, interpret and follow written IT Policies and Procedures Proficiency in English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills Demonstrated experience working in a virtual team Preference for Cisco CCIE or equivalent qualifications, or at least CCNA What we offer you At BCD Travel, we work with highly motivated and passionate people.
