This team works with many large crypto entities including exchanges, wallets, miners, trading platform, funds with activities in DeFi, mining, staking, lending and NFTs. This is a dedicated role within BPM’s Blockchain and Digital Asset Industry Group. Requirements: · A PASSION for blockchain and digital assets. · Licensed CPA preferred. · BS/BA degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. · MBA or other advanced degree preferred. · Experience in blockchain and digital assets is ideal, however, not necessary. · Familiarity with technical accounting matters common to the industry, such as token issuances, exchange/custodial accounting, DeFI, staking, lending, derivatives accounting, crypto basis tracking, etc. · Minimum of 3+ plus years of audit experience. · Prior experience in core assurance services conducting audit planning, developing audit programs, performing testing and preparing work papers is required. · Knowledge of internal accounting controls, control testing, professional standards and regulations. · Superior analytical and problem-solving skills, and ability to conduct technical research required. · Excellent oral and written communication skills. · Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel and Word. · Understanding of the blockchain and digital assets technology ecosystem (smart contracts, block explorers, crypto tracking and accounting software, blockchain analysis, and other RegTech tools). \n \nWondering if you should apply?
