As an Overnight Call Center Customer Service Representative, you'll play a critical role in supporting our clients by:
- Assisting clients by gathering accurate information and connecting them with an Interpreter over the phone
- Handling high-volume calls pleasantly and efficiently, providing exceptional customer service
- Delivering a highly satisfying customer experience, meeting or exceeding our clients' expectations
- Maintaining confidentiality of sensitive information
- Collaborating with our team to resolve client issues and concerns

To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- A personal computer with a working camera and internet connection (required for remote work)
- Strong computer skills and the ability to learn new software
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
