VP Platform Operations IntegrationLocation: NYC, Atlanta, or Remote (EST or CST time zones preferred)Salary: $200,000-240,000 plus equity Client/Job Summary:Our client is building a property management platform and is seeking a VP of Platform Operations Integration to build and run the shared operating backbone. This role involves integrating back-office organizations into one high-performing shared services platform and standardizing systems to be repeated across multiple acquisitions. This position offers the chance to work on high-impact projects, drive efficiency across the business, and a path to COO as the company scales. We are looking for a builder-operator who has integrated messy businesses, made hard calls, and stayed to run what they built. Ideal Candidate Qualifications:10-15+ years of operating experience, ideally in a PE-backed, founder-led, acquisitive, or multi-site services business.Direct ownership of post-acquisition integration, including owning org design, people decisions, systems, process, and implementation.Experience managing multiple back-office functions or functional leaders across areas like accounting, HR, IT, systems, shared services, or business operations.A track record of consolidating teams, workflows, vendors, systems, or geographies into a more scalable operating model.Strong talent judgment and a track record of making good people decisions.Enough technical fluency to personally drive system evaluation and implementation.Strong written communication and the discipline to document playbooks, decision logs, metrics, and operating cadences as the company scales.Comfort moving fast with incomplete information, creating structure without bureaucracy, and balancing standardization with service to the brands.
