Service Engineer I IS - Hybrid

Responsibilities
- Designing and maintaining high-performing, reliable, and secure services that support caregivers and business operations
- Leveraging deep technical expertise to architect solutions that meet compliance standards and KPIs for quality, cost, and caregiver experience
- Analyzing service delivery systems and optimizing capacity planning
- Troubleshooting complex issues and implementing permanent fixes to ensure minimal disruption and maximum efficiency
- Participating in disaster recovery and incident response activities
- Continuously monitoring production environments
- Applying best practices and driving process improvements using data-driven insights to enable predictable, on-time releases and cost-effective operations
- Delivering resilient, innovative solutions that empower caregivers and enhance service excellence across the organization
Skills
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering., Or equivalent education/experience
- 1 year of related experience preferred
- Some experience in automation, specifically related to deployment, recovery, or other manual processes
- 1 or more years of experience in Mobile Device Management
- Proven experience administering MDM solutions with a focus on Apple devices (iPhone/iPad)
- Strong understanding of iOS/iPadOS configuration, security, and enterprise features. Experience with device provisioning, enrollment, and lifecycle management. Including understanding network requirements for device usage
- Has experience working with cellular vendors to support cellular devices (iPhones/iPads/non-smart phones/mobile hotspots)
- Working knowledge of application deployment and mobile security controls
- Excellent troubleshooting, documentation, and communication skills
- Has exposure and experience in report writing and dashboard creation, preferably in PowerBI
- Has experience in managing and supporting telecom billing, specifically for mobile network providers (Verizon/FirstNet)
