Project Coordinator
The Will Group is an established company with nearly four decades of experience in the construction and utility industries. They are seeking a Project Coordinator to support the successful delivery of engineering and infrastructure projects by coordinating activities, managing project data, and facilitating communication among teams and stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate project activities, schedules, and deliverables across multiple projects
- Support project planning, execution, and tracking to ensure alignment with scope and timelines
- Maintain organized documentation and accurate project data
- Generate reports and monitor project performance, identifying risks or delays
- Facilitate communication between engineering teams, operations, and clients
- Contribute to process improvements and operational efficiency
Skills
- 1 to 3 years of experience in project coordination, engineering, construction, or a related field
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Clear and effective communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel
- Experience with project tracking systems or ERP tools
- Exposure to engineering or construction environments
