Logistics Systems and Data Analyst (3m FTC)
Noble Foods Limited is a family-owned company known for its successful food brands, including the Happy Egg Co. They are seeking a System and Data Analyst to join their Distribution team for a 3-month contract, focusing on analyzing historical data and implementing process enhancements for accurate data management. The role involves reporting to the Head of Logistics and requires strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
Responsibilities
- Collect, clean, and organise datasets
- Analyse data trends and patterns
- Develop reports, dashboards, and visualisations
- Interpret results and present findings to senior management
- Maintain data accuracy and integrity
- Work with databases and data management systems
Skills
- Confident using IT systems and databases (experience with Navision is desirable)
- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy
- Good communication skills and the ability to work with multiple stakeholders
- A proactive approach to problem solving and continuous improvement
- Committed to health & safety, quality and compliance
- Strong statistical and analytical skills
- Proficiency in Excel, SQL, and SAP
- Basic programming knowledge
- Data visualisation and storytelling ability
- Attention to detail and critical thinking
- Experience working with large datasets
- Knowledge of database systems and query languages
- Understanding of data privacy and governance
- Logistics or Distribution background desirable but not essential
