[Remote] Intake Assistant

McCready Law is a plaintiff personal injury firm dedicated to helping individuals and families during some of the most difficult times in their lives. The Intake Assistant role is vital for managing incoming leads, gathering information from prospective clients, and ensuring accurate documentation in the firm’s case management system.
Responsibilities
- Assist the Intake team with daily operational tasks and varying workloads
- Prioritize prompt contact with new leads and support follow-up procedures to ensure no prospective client goes unattended
- Communicate with potential clients in a professional and empathetic manner while gathering important case information
- Conduct structured intake interviews to collect details about accidents, injuries, treatment, insurance coverage, and other relevant information
- Schedule consultations or sign-ups for prospective clients and maintain the intake appointment calendar
- Accurately document prospective clients in the firm’s case management system
- Assist with opening, reopening, and updating intake records
- Prepare intake paperwork and assist clients with completing required forms
- Ensure all signed documents are properly saved in the case management system
- Assist with collecting supporting documents, such as police reports or photos
- Support communication related to referred cases and assist with proper handoff of new matters to the appropriate department
- Provide general intake and reception support as needed
- Assist with special projects or additional administrative duties as assigned

- Experience in customer service, call center, or client facing roles
- Personal injury or legal office experience
- Inbound sales or intake experience
