Testimony Capture Technician (Digital and Electronic Court Reporter)
TLM Reporting is a well-established legal media firm seeking to hire in-person testimony capture technicians, also known as digital or electronic court reporters. The role involves recording high-quality audio and video during legal proceedings, setting up equipment, and providing technical assistance to clients.
Responsibilities
- Arriving punctually at various job locations
- Setting up and breaking down audio/video equipment
- Recording high-quality audio and video during legal proceedings
- Uploading media files and worksheets promptly
- Providing technical assistance to our clients
Skills
- Must be available at least 3 days per week (Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday) from Monday to Friday
- Must have a dependable vehicle for traveling to different job locations daily (mileage outside of standard coverage area is reimbursed)
- Quiet home workspace to conduct business without interruptions
- Some experience in IT or audio/video fields is preferred but not required
