Integration International Inc. is seeking a Customer Service Representative for a hybrid role based in Indianapolis, IN. The representative will be responsible for providing customer service support, with mandatory in-office training and a commitment to work shifts as required.

Responsibilities

  • Good CSR experience in recent with 1-3 years’ experience
  • Someone that is comfortable with more number of shifts, also slightly higher preference to those who are fine with morning or late shifts like: 11a-730p, 12p-9p, 8:30a-5p
  • Fully comfortable with $16/hr as there is no room for negotiation
