[Remote] Product Operations Associate

The Product Operations Associate will help design and implement badge strategies for organizations, ensuring effective learner engagement and progression through structured skill pathways.
Responsibilities
- Support onboarding of institutions and employers onto SOLO Network
- Design badge and credential strategies aligned with workforce or learning objectives
- Structure programs into clear skill pathways and career tracks
- Map learning programs into engaging, outcome-driven learner journeys
- Ensure badges reflect real skill progression and career milestones
- Improve learner experience across onboarding, progression, and completion
- Recommend platform features based on client use cases
- Guide clients in implementing badges, pathways, and engagement mechanisms
- Act as a translator between product capabilities and real-world use cases
- Track both client-level and learner-level engagement
- Identify drop-offs in learner journeys and adoption gaps in clients
- Suggest improvements to increase completion rates and platform usage
- Help define success metrics across institutions and learners
- Ensure learning translates into credentials and credentials into outcomes
- Support reporting and insights for continuous improvement
Skills
- Strong structured thinking and problem-solving mindset
- Ability to understand both business needs (B2B) and user experience (B2C)
- Good communication skills with the ability to explain concepts clearly to different stakeholders
- Interest in EdTech, skill development, or workforce ecosystems
