Michael Kors is a globally-minded fashion company seeking a Talent Acquisition Partner for their London office. The role involves managing full-cycle recruitment for retail functions, supporting hiring managers, and ensuring a positive candidate experience.
Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle recruitment across retail functions, from sourcing and screening to interviewing and offer coordination
- Support hiring managers throughout the hiring process, offering guidance on interview techniques, candidate evaluation, and offer preparation, using tools like Workday
- Build trusted relationships with hiring teams and HR Business Partners by understanding team needs and aligning on candidate profiles for both creative and operational roles
- Ensure an exceptional candidate experience, guiding candidates through each stage with professionalism and care
- Maintain accurate records and data integrity across recruitment systems to support compliance and streamline processes
- Contribute to sourcing strategy by using creative outreach techniques to attract a diverse pipeline of qualified candidates across multiple job families
- Assist with high-volume hiring needs, identifying and engaging candidates to support team and business growth
Skills
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- 1-2 years of experience successfully sourcing and hiring passive candidates in a fast-paced, competitive talent market
- Experience recruiting for roles within Retail, or Corporate sectors
- Proven success in managing end-to-end recruitment processes, including direct sourcing
- Sourcing in the DACH Regions will be an advantage
- Strong influencing skills and the ability to foster collaboration across creative, operational, and regional teams
- Proactive problem-solving skills and a self-driven approach to achieving hiring goals
- Excellent communication and organizational abilities
- Comfort and effectiveness working in a high-demand, fast-moving environment
