[Remote] Talent Acquisition Recruiter
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. ActionLink is an award-winning marketing services organization that focuses on skilled display merchandising and product training for retail establishments nationwide. The Talent Acquisition Recruiter will manage high-volume hiring processes, source candidates for various roles, and maintain organization and communication with stakeholders throughout the recruiting process.
Responsibilities
- Manage job postings, sourcing strategies, and hiring procedures for all assigned requisitions in accordance with proper legal and company compliance requirements
- Drive high volume talent pipelines by identifying, attracting and generating pools of quality candidates
- Elevate sourcing for hard-to-fill positions through additional external resources, research, and resume database searches/Boolean strings
- Screen applicant resumes against minimum qualification requirements
- Schedule and conduct first round phone/recorded interviews, assessing candidates based on motivation, meeting specified technical and/or soft skills, company/program fit, compensation, etc
- Determine fit of applicants and make quality recommendations to hiring managers and/or job offering candidates when permitted
- Maintain applicant statuses, update candidate information, and document all correspondence activity within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
- Track placement, turnover, time-to-fill, and other metrics to determine successful recruiting methods
- Assist with other departmental projects as requested by Sr. Recruiting Manager and/or Director of Talent Acquisition
Skills
- A driven, resilient, and self-motivated attitude towards achieving monthly high-volume recruitment targets
- Proven time management and detailed organizational skills to manage a high volume workload and contact numerous candidates daily
- Strong interpersonal and written communication skills to maintain positive working relationships with individuals at all levels of the organization
- Human Resources knowledge as it pertains to recruiting, sourcing, employment laws, and interviewing techniques a plus
- Ability to work remotely with access to a quiet workspace, reliable high-speed internet, and smartphone
- Prior recruiting or hiring experience in retail, customer service, corporate, staffing agency, or 3PL environment preferred
- Prior ATS experience (Taleo) preferred
