[Remote] 1099 Pricing Specialist

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Accuserve Solutions is a Managed Repair Experience Company focused on redefining the claims and restoration process. The 1099 Pricing Specialist will evaluate standard contents lists and assist in data entry, while ensuring high-quality service to clients.

Responsibilities

• Complete standard contents evaluations for our clients within the United States and Canada
• Research lost/damaged items primarily through Accuserve’s evaluation software and other outside resources for like, kind, and quality replacements
• Work with the policy holder to obtain missing information vital to the evaluation
• Perform data entry tasks to complete assignments
• Assist all departments in a courteous and professional manner to reach business goals and objectives as needed
• Meet or exceed performance metrics designed to provide excellent productivity and quality products to our clients
• Work directly with Supervisors and/or senior team members to ensure files are managed properly
• Other duties as assigned

Skills

• A high school diploma/GED is required
• Strong data entry skills to ensure accurate completion of assignments
• Internet research ability with a functional knowledge of Windows software and Microsoft Office Suite programs
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Must be detail oriented
• Demonstrated problem solving and analytical skills
• Ability to work independently while seeking out support as needed
• Reliable high speed home broadband internet connection with minimum 10 meg download and 1 meg upload speeds and ability to connect to home internet via ethernet cord is required for working remotely
• Reliable computer (desktop or laptop) with updated Windows software, active anti-virus software, and adequate available RAM to ensure productivity and safety of sensitive data (we will perform a simple system test to ensure your computer meets the minimum requirements)
