Inside Sales Representative

Make Space Storage is a Canadian-owned company focused on providing storage solutions and exceptional customer service. They are seeking an Inside Sales Representative to manage inbound leads, build customer relationships, and drive revenue through effective sales strategies.

Responsibilities

  • Convert inbound inquiries (phone, email, live chat) into closed sales opportunities
  • Prepare and process contracts, rental agreements, invoices, receipts, and payments accurately
  • Qualify customer needs and recommend appropriate rental solutions
  • Provide accurate quotes and pricing in a timely manner
  • Follow up consistently on open quotes, sales leads, and inactive prospects to maximize conversion
  • Prospect and generate new sales opportunities with both residential and commercial customers
  • Identify upsell opportunities including moving supplies, premium options, and additional services
  • Deliver professional, positive customer interactions across phone, email, and live chat channels
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries and service requests
  • Actively listen to customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions
  • Resolve issues with a customer-focused and retention-driven mindset
  • Build strong customer relationships to encourage repeat and referral business
  • Maintain detailed notes and communication records within the CRM for follow-up and service continuity
  • Support marketing campaigns by promptly following up on inbound leads
  • Share customer feedback and market insights with management to improve products, pricing, and service offerings
  • Identify and track, trends and opportunities that can drive additional rental and sales volume
  • Proactively suggest improvements to processes that enhance efficiency and customer experience
