Inside Sales Representative (Hybrid)
Beyond Finance is dedicated to helping everyday Americans escape crippling debt and achieve financial freedom. They are seeking an Inside Sales Representative to join their sales team, focusing on assessing customers' financial situations and guiding them towards appropriate services. This hybrid role allows for a balance of in-person collaboration and remote work, requiring three days a week in the Houston office.
Responsibilities
- Assess customers’ financial situation and guide them towards Beyond’s services
- Perform sales by utilizing consultative sales scripting and rebuttal techniques
- Educate clients on a variety of financial solutions available to resolve their debt
- Manage personal lead pipeline to maximize efficiency and productivity
- Diligently update all lead file notes, phases, and statuses in the CRM
- Ensure all sales transactions adhere to compliance standards
Skills
- You are self-motivated and highly driven
- Success in exceeding goals in a fast-paced, sales environment
- Sees challenges as opportunities. Sees objections as buying questions
- Strong written, verbal & oral communication skills
- Sales experience preferred but not required
- Financial Services experience is a plus
