[Remote] Coordinator, Business Development & Marketing

The Coordinator, Business Development & Marketing provides research, coordination, and administrative support to internal Business Development and Global Marketing teams, focusing on proactive new business and marketing initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Conduct research on target companies, industries, and potential prospects to support business development and marketing initiatives
- Perform LinkedIn and desk research to identify relevant contacts and connections
- Build, maintain, and update prospect and contact lists using internal tools and databases
- Prepare backgrounders, summaries, and research briefs on target companies and organizations
- Track, summarize, and analyze outreach activity and communications (e.g., LinkedIn engagement, email outreach)
- Support internal coordination and organization across multiple BD and marketing projects
- Assist with administrative and light project management tasks, including tracking timelines and follow-ups
- Collaborate with Business Development and Global Marketing team members to ensure accurate, timely support
- Utilize AI and productivity tools as appropriate to support research and efficiency
Skills
- 0–2 years of experience in business development, marketing, research, sales support, or administrative/project coordination roles – agency experience a plus
- Strong organizational skills with a high level of attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a deadline-driven environment
- Strong written communication skills for synthesizing research and drafting summaries
- Comfort using spreadsheets, presentation tools, and collaboration platforms
- Familiarity with LinkedIn research and contact prospecting tools
- Interest in business development, marketing, or research-related career paths
- Proactive mindset with the confidence to share observations and insights internally
- Agency experience or exposure to professional services environments is a plus
