[Remote] Inside Sales Specialist
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Alliance Technical Group is a leader in the environmental services space, specializing in various testing and compliance services. They are seeking a motivated Inside Sales Specialist to drive new business and support existing client relationships through lead qualification and outreach efforts.
Responsibilities
- Client and Prospect Outreach: Cold call & email prospects and existing clients to share information about Alliance’s different service offerings. Cross-sell and up-sell services where possible
- Qualify Leads: Identify and qualify leads for prospective clients (new business) by validating data from both internal and external sources
- Build Renewal Revenue Pipeline: Assist in building the pipeline for renewal revenue by proactively contacting existing clients to discuss future testing needs
- Prioritize Outreach Efforts: Coordinate with Business Development and Field Operations Teams to identify gaps in the sales pipeline and call clients/leads within those highlighted geographies
- Collaborate with Internal Stakeholders: Work closely with marketing, sales operations, and business development teams to execute on specific outreach campaigns that drive service line revenue
- Enhance Client Data: Research external databases, websites, and other sources to enhance client data. Modify account, contact, and lead records where necessary
- Coordinate Meetings: Reach out to prospects and clients to coordinate virtual or in-person meetings on behalf of the business development team
Skills
- Minimum: High School Diploma
- 1-3 years experience cold calling and generating leads
- Strong independent research skills
- Excellent communication (both verbal and written) and interpersonal skills
- Demonstrated ability to meet and/or exceed determined sales and activity quotas
- A proven track record of strong client relationships
- Excellent client service skills
- Proficiency in CRM software (preferably Salesforce) and Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
- Highly organized with strong attention to process and detail
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing or a related field
