Inside Sales Representative
Moss Home Solutions is one of the fastest-growing home buying companies in the Northeast, seeking an Inside Sales Representative to join their team. In this entry-level role, you will be responsible for handling inbound leads, building rapport with homeowners, and converting those leads into appointments.
Responsibilities
- Answer inbound calls and respond to leads, be the reassuring, confident first impression that earns trust immediately
- Respond to texts and web leads without delay, speed is a competitive advantage and we treat it that way
- Build rapport with homeowners and qualify opportunities through consultative conversations
- Lock in same-day appointments whenever possible and keep the calendar full
- Own your follow-up pipeline, no lead falls through the cracks on your watch
- Proactively work assigned prospect lists and convert opportunities into conversations
- Maintain accurate records in the CRM
- Execute hands-on, in-the-field prospecting to generate leads
- Door knock and work direct sales channels to build your own pipeline
- Collaborate with the sales team to share what's working and continuously sharpen your approach

- Familiarity with Salesforce, HubSpot or similar CRM platforms
- A track record of achievement in sales, sports or other competitive environments
