Role Overview

The Global Marketing Operations Specialist serves as the operational backbone for the worldwide Go-to-Market (GTM) organization. You will ensure seamless execution across financial processes, vendor management, global logistics, events management, and executive coordination, acting as the key connector between Marketing, Sales, Procurement, and Finance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Financial & PO Management: Own the full PO lifecycle, vendor onboarding, and payment tracking; ensure budget alignment and expense reconciliation across all regions.
  • Global Logistics & Shipping: Coordinate worldwide shipping for events, trade shows, and product samples; manage customs compliance and track end-to-end delivery.
  • Events Management: Lead end-to-end planning and execution of global marketing events, including trade shows, conferences, and internal flagship initiatives. Manage venue sourcing, supplier coordination, on-site logistics, and post-event reconciliation to ensure consistent, high-quality experiences across all regions.
  • Sourcing & Gifting: Manage global inventory, sourcing, and distribution of branded swag and promotional items for executive and marketing initiatives.
  • Vendor & Contract Liaison: Act as the operational bridge to Procurement; manage contract renewals, negotiations with venues/suppliers, and SLA compliance.
  • Strategic Project Support: Provide operational leadership for flagship events, product launches, and cross-functional process redesigns.

Requirements

  • Experience: 1+ years in Marketing/Sales Operations, Event Management, Procurement, or Global Logistics.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in PO/Invoicing systems, procurement workflows, HubSpot, and budget tracking tools; familiarity with event management platforms is an advantage.
  • Logistics Savvy: Strong background in coordinating global shipments and event logistics (a significant advantage).
  • Soft Skills: Exceptional organization, attention to detail, and the ability to manage high-pressure deadlines across multiple time zones.
  • Bonus: Experience supporting executive leadership (CMO/CRO level) and managing large-scale external events
