Senior Frontend React Developer Experience: 12–15+ Years (Frontend / UI Development Experience) Employment Type: Full-Time (W2 Only) Location: USA (Hybrid / Onsite) Work Authorization: H4 EAD, L2S, GC EAD, Green Card, US Citizen Job Summary We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Frontend React Developer to design and develop modern, scalable, and high-performance web applications. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in React.js, JavaScript (ES6+), frontend architecture, and UI performance optimization, along with strong experience building enterprise-grade user interfaces. This role requires strong ownership of frontend development, UI quality, performance, and integration with backend systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop scalable frontend applications using React.js.
- Build reusable and maintainable component-based UI libraries.
- Develop high-performance applications using JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, CSS3.
- Implement state management using Redux / Context API.
- Optimize performance including rendering, lazy loading, and code splitting.
- Ensure responsive design, accessibility, and cross-browser compatibility.
- Integrate frontend with backend services using REST APIs.
- Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code.
- Participate in code reviews and follow best practices.
- Collaborate with UX/UI designers and backend teams.
