Remote Principal Management Consultant - Strategy

Responsibilities
Lead and manage complex client engagements from inception to completion, ensuring successful delivery of strategic recommendations and implementation support. Develop and execute comprehensive business strategies, including market entry, growth strategies, digital transformation, and organizational redesign. Conduct in-depth market research, competitive analysis, and financial modeling to identify key business challenges and opportunities. Facilitate workshops and stakeholder meetings with C-level executives and senior management to gather insights and build consensus. Develop data-driven insights and actionable recommendations to address critical client issues. Mentor and coach consulting teams, fostering a high-performance culture and developing talent. Contribute to the firm's intellectual capital by developing new methodologies, frameworks, and thought leadership. Manage client relationships, build trust, and identify opportunities for follow-on engagements. Present findings and recommendations to senior client leadership and internal stakeholders. Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in management consulting. Ensure the highest standards of quality, professionalism, and ethical conduct in all client interactions. Contribute to business development efforts, including proposal writing and client presentations.
Qualifications
MBA or advanced degree (Ph.D., Master's) from a top-tier business school or equivalent experience. 10+ years of progressive experience in management consulting, with a significant focus on corporate strategy, organizational design, or operational excellence. Proven experience leading large-scale, complex transformation projects for major corporations. Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills. Demonstrated leadership capabilities, with a strong ability to manage teams, influence stakeholders, and drive change. Outstanding communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively at the executive level. Deep industry knowledge in one or more sectors (e.g., technology, financial services, healthcare, energy). Experience with advanced data analytics and digital transformation strategies is highly preferred. Proven ability to build and maintain strong client relationships. Flexibility to travel as needed for client meetings and project requirements (though primary work is remote). Mastery of consulting frameworks and methodologies.
