• *Virtual Assistant – Music Industry Outreach (UK Rap & Electronic Music)** I'm the music artist Silver Man, founder of 3 Bar Fire Records and Outpost Media. We distribute through Virgin Music / Universal. We release independent electronic music and are looking for a reliable virtual assistant to help us identify emerging artists and manage outreach for remix and collaboration opportunities for my Silver Man project. ### Main Tasks
- Research emerging UK rappers, vocalists and UK electronic music producers (UK Garage, Garage, House, Drum & Bass and related genres).
- Identify suitable artists on Instagram, SoundCloud, Bandcamp and other platforms.
- Add artists to our Notion outreach database, including:
- Artist name
- Social links
- Follower counts
- Genre/style notes
- Contact details where available
- Send initial outreach messages using templates provided.
- Track replies and follow-ups within the database.
- Maintain accurate records and organise leads effectively.
### Requirements
- Excellent written English.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Comfortable working independently.
- Interest in UK rap, UK garage, house, drum & bass or related music genres.
- Experience with outreach, lead generation, artist scouting, record labels, music PR, blogs or music promotion is a strong advantage.
- Ability to follow templates and brand guidelines precisely.
### Trial & Rate
- Initial engagement: 10–15 paid hours.
- Rate: $5–10 USD per hour depending on experience.
- Remote position.
- Shortlisted applicants may be invited to complete a paid trial task (approximately 1 hour) before ongoing work is offered.
