Responsibilities

  • Welcome and assist patients in a friendly, professional manner
  • Manage phone calls, messages, and appointment scheduling
  • Maintain accurate patient records and update systems as needed
  • Support billing and insurance processes
  • Ensure the front desk is clean, organized, and welcoming
  • Deliver excellent customer service and resolve patient inquiries promptly

Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year of dental front desk experience
  • Knowledge of clinical dentistry, front office administration, NC Medicaid, dental insurance, billing, and collections
  • Strong scheduling experience for patients and providers
  • Exceptional customer service and multitasking skills
  • A positive, professional, and team-oriented attitude
