Role Overview

We are seeking a motivated Customer Success Manager to join our remote team on a part‑time basis. In this role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for top‑tier sellers, helping them navigate the arenaflex platform, optimize their listings, and achieve their revenue goals. You will blend analytical insight with relationship‑building expertise to drive seller growth and enhance the overall customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

Seller Partnership Management

  • Act as the trusted advisor for a portfolio of 15‑30 high‑potential sellers, providing proactive guidance and strategic recommendations.
  • Respond to seller inquiries, issues, and requests via phone, email, and chat, ensuring timely and accurate resolutions.
  • Develop and maintain strong, long‑term relationships that foster seller loyalty and advocacy.

Data‑Driven Insights & Recommendations

  • Analyze performance metrics, sales trends, and marketplace data to identify growth opportunities for sellers.
  • Prepare customized reports that highlight key performance indicators, actionable insights, and strategic next steps.
  • Collaborate with internal analytics teams to surface emerging market trends and translate them into seller‑focused initiatives.

Cross‑Functional Collaboration

  • Partner with internal teams—including Marketing, Inventory Management, Advertising, and Product Development—to coordinate seller‑centric projects.
  • Escalate complex issues to senior stakeholders and track resolution progress, ensuring a seamless experience for sellers.
  • Contribute to process improvement initiatives by sharing feedback from the seller community.

Education & Enablement

  • Conduct virtual training sessions on arenaflex tools, policies, and best practices.
  • Create and update knowledge‑base articles, tutorials, and FAQs to empower sellers to self‑serve.
  • Identify gaps in seller knowledge and develop targeted enablement programs.

Revenue Growth & Goal Achievement

  • Assist sellers in setting realistic year‑over‑year (YoY) growth targets and develop action plans to meet them.
  • Promote promotional opportunities, advertising solutions, and new product launches that align with seller objectives.
  • Track and report on seller performance against agreed‑upon KPIs, celebrating successes and addressing shortfalls.

Essential Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in customer success, account management, or a similar client‑facing role.
  • Proven ability to analyze large data sets, draw meaningful conclusions, and present recommendations clearly.
  • Strong proficiency with Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables, VLOOKUP, and data visualization techniques.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a talent for building rapport quickly.
  • Demonstrated ability to prioritize tasks, manage time effectively, and thrive in a fast‑paced, deadline‑driven environment.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working with e‑commerce platforms, marketplace seller tools, or online retail environments.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems such as Salesforce, as well as collaboration tools like Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, or OneNote.
  • Background in retail, consumer electronics, fashion, home goods, or related industries.
  • Exposure to data‑analysis tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar business intelligence software.
  • Track record of influencing cross‑functional teams and driving process improvements.
