Position Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated Remote Data Analytics & Sales Specialist to join the arenaflex Cloud Data Solutions team. In this role, you will act as a trusted advisor to C‑level executives and senior leaders, guiding them through the adoption of arenaflex’s data analytics and cloud services. You will design and execute go‑to‑market strategies, develop compelling business cases, and collaborate closely with product, engineering, and legal teams to deliver end‑to‑end solutions that drive revenue growth and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and nurture executive‑level relationships with prospective and existing customers, positioning arenaflex as the strategic partner for data analytics and cloud transformation.
  • Develop and present comprehensive business cases that quantify the financial and operational impact of adopting arenaflex Cloud analytics solutions.
  • Lead the end‑to‑end sales cycle—from initial discovery and solution design to contract negotiation and post‑sale enablement—ensuring a seamless customer experience.
  • Collaborate with arenaflex Cloud product managers, data engineers, and solution architects to tailor offerings to specific industry verticals and use cases.
  • Drive go‑to‑market initiatives, including market research, competitive analysis, and the creation of sales enablement assets such as pitch decks, whitepapers, and case studies.
  • Partner with arenaflex’s legal, compliance, and finance teams to navigate complex contractual negotiations and ensure alignment with corporate policies.
  • Maintain a robust pipeline of opportunities, accurately forecast revenue, and report on key performance indicators to senior leadership.
  • Stay current on emerging trends in data analytics, machine learning, and cloud technologies, and proactively share insights with internal stakeholders.
  • Mentor junior sales and analytics team members, fostering a culture of knowledge sharing and continuous improvement.

Essential Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in data analysis, data warehousing, or data platform engineering, preferably within a cloud environment.
  • Proven track record of working with architects or client‑focused teams to develop business cases and execute strategic plans.
  • Experience in structuring, pitching, and closing complex enterprise deals, including collaboration with acquisition, legal, and finance departments.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts into clear business value for non‑technical stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications & Technical Skills

  • Hands‑on experience with modern data analytics technology stacks such as Business Intelligence (BI) tools, Hadoop/Flash data lakes, columnar storage, data streaming, ETL, and data governance frameworks.
  • Familiarity with arenaflex Cloud data and analytics services (e.g., BigQuery, Looker, Dataproc, Pub/Sub) and the ability to articulate their differentiators.
  • Demonstrated ability to design, pitch, and implement end‑to‑end data‑driven transformation programs that align with customer objectives.
  • Experience working with cross‑functional teams to develop go‑to‑market campaigns and joint solution offerings.
  • Certifications in cloud platforms, data engineering, or sales methodologies (e.g., Certified Cloud Practitioner, Certified Data Engineer, MEDDPICC) are a plus.
