Why This Role Matters

Our Global Vendor and Organization Services (GM&NS) Pricing team drives the largest source of revenue for arenaflex: Merchant Discount Revenue. By accurately calculating and reporting merchant rebate income, the team safeguards the financial health of the company and supports strategic growth initiatives. As a Part‑Time Data Entry Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in maintaining the integrity of our financial data, uncovering insights, and supporting cross‑functional collaboration across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Generate and maintain monthly merchant rebate revenue reports for the Canada region, tracking performance against forecasts and identifying key drivers of variance.
  • Develop and update vendor rebate revenue scorecards, providing clear visualizations and actionable insights to senior leadership.
  • Facilitate standardization and communication across multiple pricing teams, ensuring consistency in data collection, analysis, and reporting processes.
  • Support external audits by investigating discrepancies, coordinating with regional pricing teams, and managing remediation actions.
  • Conduct ad‑hoc data analysis to assess rebate rate trends, surface hidden patterns, and translate raw data into strategic recommendations.
  • Collaborate closely with finance, analytics, and product teams to align data entry practices with broader business objectives.
