Chief Financial Officer / Controller – Fractional CFO
Job Description:
- Function as the CFO for clients' law firms
- Read, analyze, interpret financial data
- Help clients face facts and make decisions
- Present options and lay down plans
- Hold clients accountable for actions
- Meet with clients via Zoom or telephone
Requirements:
- Very strong background in financial and/or accounting roles
- Business degree, preferably with an emphasis in accounting or finance
- Hands-on experience advising small business owners who are under-capitalized
- Ability to spot and explain sources & uses of cash
- Recognize compliance risks based on balance sheet trends
- Identify deficiencies in performance on P&L
- Present multiple approaches for correcting issues
- Hands-on FP&A experience
