Position Overview

arenaflex is seeking a detail‑oriented Remote Accounting & Data Entry Specialist to support the Corporate Expense Division. This full‑time role offers a competitive hourly rate of $30‑$35 and provides a structured, yet flexible, schedule for qualified candidates located anywhere in the United States. The successful candidate will partner closely with senior bookkeepers, ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of month‑end close activities, journal entries, and financial reporting.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare, review, and post journal entries in accordance with arenaflex’s accounting policies and GAAP standards.
  • Assist in the month‑end close process, including account reconciliations, variance analysis, and preparation of supporting documentation.
  • Analyze and interpret financial data to produce clear, concise reports for internal stakeholders.
  • Audit and verify the accuracy of ledger postings, ensuring all transactions are properly classified and documented.
