Key Responsibilities

  • Strategic Measurement & Monitoring: Define, implement, and own the key performance indicators (KPIs) that measure product health, user engagement, and overall business outcomes.
  • Data‑Driven Product Discovery: Leverage clickstream data, cohort analysis, and predictive modeling to surface high‑impact opportunities for product enhancements.
  • Experimentation Leadership: Design, execute, and analyze A/B tests, multivariate experiments, and causal inference studies to validate product hypotheses across web, mobile, and in‑store channels.
  • Dashboard & Insight Delivery: Build intuitive, self‑service dashboards and compelling data visualizations that empower stakeholders to make informed decisions quickly.
  • Cross‑Functional Collaboration: Partner with Product Management, Design, Engineering, and Marketing teams across multiple geographies to align analytics initiatives with business priorities.
  • Mentorship & Team Development: Recruit, coach, and develop a team of data analysts and scientists, fostering a culture of curiosity, rigor, and continuous learning.
  • Analytics Architecture: Champion the design and scaling of robust analytics pipelines, ensuring data quality, governance, and reproducibility.

Essential Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, or a related quantitative field (Master’s or Ph.D. preferred).
  • Minimum of 3 years of hands‑on experience in e‑commerce, consumer‑focused product analytics, or a comparable data‑intensive environment.
  • Proven track record of building and scaling analytics solutions that drive tangible business outcomes.
  • Deep expertise with analytics tools such as Looker, Tableau, Power BI, or similar platforms.
  • Extensive experience with experimentation platforms (e.g., Optimizely, Google Optimize, Statsig) and statistical testing frameworks.
  • Strong SQL proficiency (MS SQL, MySQL, Hive, Presto, or equivalent) and familiarity with large‑scale data warehouses.
  • Hands‑on experience with product analytics suites (e.g., Amplitude, Mixpanel, Segment) and web analytics tools (e.g., Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics).
  • Ability to communicate complex analytical concepts to both technical and non‑technical audiences with confidence and clarity.

Preferred Qualifications & Skills
