  • Develop and maintain detailed documentation, run‑books, and standard operating procedures (SOPs) to capture best practices and knowledge transfer.
  • Participate in on‑call rotation and incident response, providing rapid root‑cause analysis and corrective actions for critical outages.
  • Collaborate closely with software engineering, security, and product teams to align hardware capabilities with evolving service requirements.
  • Continuously evaluate emerging technologies, propose proof‑of‑concept implementations, and recommend strategic investments to keep arenaflex ahead of industry trends.

Minimum Qualifications

  • At least three (3) years of hands‑on experience maintaining and tracking server systems, operating systems, or networking protocols in a production environment.
  • Demonstrated experience with server hardware lifecycle management, including installation, firmware updates, and decommissioning.
  • Proven ability to work effectively within a data center or network operations environment, adhering to strict safety and operational standards.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Strong background troubleshooting hardware or network‑related issues using Linux‑centric tools (e.g., Bash, Python, Ansible, or similar automation frameworks).
  • Experience operating autonomously, juggling multiple competing priorities, and delivering results under tight deadlines.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with a track record of collaborating with diverse teams to overcome technical challenges.
  • Ability to navigate ambiguity, translate high‑level objectives into actionable tasks, and adapt quickly to shifting priorities.
