We are now seeking a talented and curious Senior Data Analyst to join our Customer Product and Technology Analytics group. This is a remote, work-from-home opportunity based in the United States, offering the chance to influence some of the most important commercial decisions in the digital subscription economy.

Position Overview

The Senior Data Analyst will play a central role in supporting arenaflex's business through measurement, deep analysis, and insight generation across the subscriber acquisition and commerce product surface areas. You will help answer the most pressing questions about the performance of sign-up flows and trade streams, uncover patterns within both structured and unstructured datasets, and craft recommendations that improve business performance across multiple regions.

You will be instrumental in elevating the use of analytics as a core revenue driver, helping to grow subscribers, increase conversions, and shape the success of arenaflex's recently expanded global tiering initiatives. Key Responsibilities

• Build investigations, data visualizations, and multi-functional reporting that deliver critical support to operations and decision-making across the sign-up and commerce product domains.
• Answer core business questions and provide analytical expertise on the various trade streams across arenaflex's streaming platforms to enhance customer experience and lift conversion rates.
• Advance the analytical capabilities of the broader business, collaborating on the design of diagnostic solutions, and delivering exceptional data insights and analytical products.
• Use data visualization tools, SQL, and scripting languages to access, transform, and analyze both structured and unstructured data at scale.
• Apply descriptive and inferential statistics — including t-tests, chi-square, ANOVA, correlation, regression, and factor analysis — to understand partner behaviors, value, and impact across the business.
• Partner with product managers, marketers, engineers, and senior leadership to translate findings into strategic recommendations and measurable experiments.
• Champion a culture of data-driven decision-making by mentoring peers, sharing best practices, and elevating the standard of analytical work across the team.

Essential Qualifications

• A bachelor's degree in a quantitative field such as Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Three or more years of professional experience as an analyst in a data and analytics environment, with strong skills in SQL, Python, or R for complex querying, advanced analysis, performance optimization, and large-scale data manipulation.
• Demonstrated data visualization skills using tools such as Matplotlib, Tableau, Looker, MicroStrategy, Plotly, or comparable platforms.
• Proven experience delivering end-to-end analytics projects — from loosely defined or ambiguous requirements, through to a compelling narrative presented to diverse audiences, and ultimately to a tangible business outcome.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to build strong working relationships with team members, cross-functional partners, and technical collaborators.
• Confidence and poise in presenting findings to senior management and executive stakeholders.
• A natural sense of curiosity, strong intellectual horsepower, and an enthusiastic pursuit of insight-driven, outcome-oriented work.

Preferred Qualifications

• A master's degree in a quantitative or business-related field.
• Advanced data visualization experience with Matplotlib, Tableau, Looker, MicroStrategy, Plotly, or similar tools.
• Working knowledge of marketing landing pages, sign-up funnels, and commerce domains.
• Experience identifying and appropriately escalating issues to leadership in a timely and constructive manner.
• A consulting background, MBA, or other multi-industry experience that broadens your analytical perspective.
• Strong self-motivation and demonstrated ability to work independently on complex, ambiguous projects.
• Exceptional written and oral communication skills, with the ability to influence without authority.
• A sense of humor, plus unique interests or hobbies that shape how you collaborate and solve problems.

Compensation and Benefits

arenaflex offers a competitive compensation package designed to attract and retain top analytics talent. The hourly rate for this role is $26/hour, based on a full-time schedule of approximately 8 hours per day.
