Position Summary

We are currently hiring an Experienced Data Entry Consultant – Database Management & Information Accuracy Specialist to join the arenaflex team. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for performing high-volume data entry tasks, verifying the integrity of information across multiple platforms, and contributing to the continuous improvement of our data management processes. Key Responsibilities

  • Execute accurate, timely, and efficient data entry operations, including the input of textual, numerical, and categorical information into client databases, spreadsheets, and proprietary systems.
  • Conduct thorough verification and quality control checks to identify and correct data discrepancies, ensuring the highest levels of accuracy and consistency across all records.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional team members, including analysts, project managers, and client service representatives, to identify inefficiencies and implement process improvements for data entry workflows.

Essential Qualifications and Experience

  • A high school diploma or equivalent is required; an associate degree, diploma, or additional certification in data management, business administration, information technology, or a related field is highly desirable.
  • Prior professional experience in data entry, administrative support, or a similar role is preferred, though motivated candidates with strong foundational skills are also encouraged to apply.
