Key Responsibilities

As a Remote Healthcare Data Management Associate at arenaflex, you'll play a crucial role in maintaining the accuracy and completeness of healthcare provider contract information. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Data Scrubbing and Validation: Thoroughly examine, clean, and validate provider contract records to ensure data integrity and compliance with industry standards.
  • Research and verify provider information, contract terms, and database entries to maintain accurate and up-to-date records.
  • Update and maintain status in customer systems, ensuring all information reflects the most current contract details.
  • Research, install, and manage healthcare provider contracts, verifying provider information, contract accuracy, and proper database loading.
  • Retrieve and enter data from various computer/web-based systems, files, and documents with precision and attention to detail.
  • Analyze collected information to identify potential problems, discrepancies, and areas for improvement in data management processes.
  • Ensure accurate and timely completion of all transactions to meet or exceed client Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
  • Apply healthcare and insurance domain knowledge, theoretical concepts, and best practices to solve complex data challenges.
  • Identify and resolve both routine and non-routine problems independently or escalate to more proficient team members when necessary.
  • Monitor email boxes promptly and send professional responses to inquiries, maintaining excellent communication standards.

Qualifications and Skills

Essential Requirements

  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in a role that emphasized quality work, attention to detail, accuracy, and accountability.
  • At least 1 year of experience in a professional/office environment such as office support, data entry, clerical work, or customer service.
  • 1+ years of experience using Windows-based applications, requiring proficiency with keyboard navigation, multiple screen management, and learning new software tools.
  • High school diploma or GED equivalency.
  • Ability to work a consistent Monday-Friday schedule from 8 AM to 4:30 PM EST (adjustable based on client requirements).
  • Self-discipline and time management skills for remote work environment.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities with a methodical approach to data management challenges.

  • Excellent oral and written communication skills for professional interactions with team members and clients.
  • Strong troubleshooting skills with the ability to leverage research, analysis, and problem-solving capabilities.
