Key Responsibilities

Strategic Ocean Volume Growth

• Develop and execute data‑driven strategies that increase ocean shipment volumes while maintaining profitability.

• Identify emerging trade lanes, market trends, and customer needs to recommend new service offerings.

Pricing & Carrier Management

• Support carrier development initiatives, including negotiating rates, evaluating carrier performance, and optimizing routing efficiency.
• Assist in the design and rollout of pricing programs that balance competitiveness with margin goals.
• Analyze carrier service data, monitor KPIs, and produce actionable recommendations to improve service reliability.

Cross‑Functional Collaboration

• Serve as the ocean subject‑matter expert for sales, operations, and product teams, providing guidance on market conditions and strategic direction.
