Key Responsibilities

• Data Management & Entry: Accurately input, validate, and maintain operational data related to inventory, shipment schedules, and workforce performance using arenaflex’s proprietary systems.

• Safety & Quality Oversight: Monitor safety protocols, conduct regular audits, and collaborate with Safety, Engineering, and Quality Assurance teams to uphold the highest standards.
• Performance Monitoring: Track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as on‑time delivery, attendance, and productivity; provide actionable feedback to drive results.
• Cross‑Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Human Resources, Loss Prevention, and other support functions to develop and execute plans that meet business objectives.
• Physical & Environmental Awareness: While the role is remote, occasional on‑site visits may be required to understand workflow nuances, including lifting up to 49 lb, navigating stairs, and adapting to variable temperature conditions.

Essential Qualifications
