Key Responsibilities

  • Data Architecture & Standards: Design and maintain foundational data requirements, taxonomy structures, and metadata standards that enable scalable bundling initiatives across all arenaflex business units.
  • Cross‑Functional Collaboration: Partner with procurement, merchandising, marketing, supply chain, compliance, and IT teams to capture precise data needs and translate them into actionable documentation.
  • Change Management: Lead change‑control cycles to ensure that bundling data remains accurate, up‑to‑date, and synchronized across multiple platforms and stakeholder groups.
  • Training & Enablement: Create, deliver, and continuously improve training programs and communication assets for internal and external audiences, fostering a deep understanding of data governance best practices.
  • Data Quality & Governance: Assess data requirements, policies, and specifications to develop robust, compliant solutions that meet industry standards and mitigate risk.
  • Support & Guidance: Provide expert advice to cross‑functional teams, ensuring consistent interpretation and implementation of bundling data specifications.

About You – The Ideal Candidate

  • Possesses a bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
  • 4+ years of hands‑on experience creating and managing documentation and data‑driven projects, preferably within bundling strategy or product development.
  • Demonstrated ability to influence without direct authority, lead projects, resolve conflicts, and build consensus across diverse, remote teams.
  • Strong background in documentation best practices, technical writing, and information architecture.
  • Exceptional skill in developing compelling training materials, presentations, and communication plans.
