- Key Responsibilities
- ? Process audio recordings to produce verbatim transcripts
- ? Pay close attention to detail in capturing spoken content
- ? Utilize legal terminology effectively
- ? Adhere to client-specific style guides
- ? Collaborate remotely with our supportive, in-office team whenever needed
- ? Set your own schedule and work according to your availability
- Qualifications
- ? Prior experience in court reporting, scoping, or legal transcription
- ? Exceptional listening skills
- ? Strong ability to meet deadlines
- ? Excellent literacy skills, including comprehension, spelling, and grammar
- ? Proficiency in typing speed and accuracy
- ? Ability to handle extreme audio/text content, which may be offensive
- ? Willingness to undergo background check
- ? Familiarity with legal terminology
- ? Court reporting students welcome to apply
