Position Overview

We are seeking a detail‑oriented, customer‑focused Remote Data Entry & Pharmacy Customer Service Associate to join our growing virtual team. The successful candidate will be the front line of arenaflex’s remote pharmacy operations, handling data entry, prescription processing, and direct customer interactions while upholding the highest standards of accuracy, compliance, and service excellence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Customer Interaction: Greet customers warmly via phone, chat, or video, answer product and service inquiries, and resolve concerns promptly to ensure a positive arenaflex experience.
  • Prescription Data Management: Accurately enter patient and medication information into arenaflex pharmacy systems, verify prescription details, and flag any potential drug interactions or errors.
  • Transaction Processing: Register sales, process payments, handle refunds, voids, discounts, and exchanges in accordance with arenaflex policies and regulatory requirements.
  • Inventory Support: Assist the pharmacy team with inventory tasks such as receiving shipments, conducting cycle counts, reconciling discrepancies, and maintaining organized stockrooms.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Follow state and federal regulations for controlled substances, alcohol, and tobacco products, and ensure all documentation meets arenaflex’s quality‑control standards.
  • Administrative Duties: Complete manual claim submissions, process external program medication orders, and support pharmacy leadership with reporting and documentation.
  • Technology Utilization: Operate arenaflex point‑of‑sale (POS) hardware, pharmacy software, and other digital tools efficiently and securely.

Essential Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
  • Strong command of written and spoken English; ability to communicate clearly with customers and team members.
