Role Overview

As the Senior Advanced Analytics & Data Science Lead, you will spearhead end‑to‑end analytical projects, partner with cross‑functional stakeholders, and mentor junior analysts. You will design, develop, and operationalize predictive models, interactive dashboards, and data‑driven recommendations that directly influence arenaflex’s strategic direction.

Key Responsibilities

• Data Exploration & Preparation: Extract, clean, and merge large‑scale data sets from billing, usage, geospatial, and demographic sources using arenaflex and SQL.
• Statistical Modeling & Machine Learning: Apply regression, clustering, classification, random forest, sentiment analysis, A/B testing, optimization, factor analysis, time‑series forecasting, dimensionality reduction, ANOVA, F‑Test, T‑Test, cross‑validation, and experimental design to uncover hidden patterns.
• Predictive Analytics: Build and deploy predictive models that forecast churn, segment customers, and predict revenue impact of pricing strategies.
• Business Intelligence & Visualization: Create compelling visual stories using arenaflex, arenaflex, and arenaflex dashboards that translate complex analyses into clear, actionable insights for senior leadership.

Essential Qualifications

• Master’s degree (or foreign equivalent) in Analytics, Computer Science, Statistics, Data Science, or a closely related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of hands‑on experience applying statistical techniques and machine‑learning algorithms to large, multi‑dimensional data sets.
• Proficiency in SQL for ad‑hoc query development and data manipulation.
• Demonstrated expertise with at least two of the following programming environments: R, Python (including pandas, NumPy, scikit‑learn, Matplotlib), or SAS.
